Very uncomfortable, no drinks, no bath soap towels let alone. There is only an AC TV mattress, it could also not be replaced.

I ordered & paid. After I contacted, I was told to pay extra with a different room not in accordance with my order. I don't want to, I'm blamed instead. Really not professional. I was given a room that was not according to order, no wifi, no soap, not cold AC. Don't order again here. Please the online agent orderly elements like this, because it can damage the image of online agents. thanks.
