Overall I found staying here was a poor experience. The check in took 45 mins. Service was incredibly slow everywhere. To get my security deposit released has so far taken weeks AND I am still waiting. The property stated that this would be released within 7 days, but that did not happen. Weeks later I am still waiting. Virtually all of my emails to this hotel were just ignored. When they bother to reply I just got the predictable lazy deflective templated replies you would expect from a low grade company that did nothing to resolve the issue and has a very low regard for customers. From my experience I think this place falls a very long way below a good level of service.

Very nice view, close to the beach but what is not acceptable there is no cleanliness

Wonderful resort with quick access to Fort-de-France. The location makes it easy to walk to 3 separate beaches, including a secluded one. In-room kitchen helps save on costs. We had breakfast and often lunch here. 3 groceries less than 10min away.

The evening staff from the plantation restaurant on Easter Sunday went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was simply amazing. To Annie and her colleagues we will cherish this memory forever 💕🙏

Loved the grounds and greenery. Easy to walk along the beach in both directions to St. Luce or Trois Rivières. Would have been nice to be given the map we received from Marie-Line at checkin and to be advised St. Luce was only a 20 min walk along the beach. The Superette on site was very overpriced and did not have any fresh produce.

Excellent pool, right near the sea, yummy adult beverages, excellent food at the a la carte restaurant.

Amazing place to stay with kitchenet and restaurents too. Car rent possible on site and shuffle to airport.

Très belle formule entre le tout-inclus et l’hôtel sans service. La cuisinette est bien équipée pour faire des repas simples. Quelques restos sont sur place si l’on veut s’éviter la corvée du repas.

La vue de la chambre était très jolie et la piscine était sympa. La chambre et la deco dataient de la construction 1975 / 80. Le carrelage de la salle de bains (les plinthes)se décollait, carrelage glissant et très dangereux dans la salle de bains avec une marche trop haute pour accéder à la douche datant également des années 80. Des cheveux au sol dans la salle de bains et dans la chambre. J’ai demandé à ce que l on repasse l aspirateur mais ils n en ont pas. Le ménage a quand même était refait. Parking bien gratuit, la plage… impossible de s y mettre un ruisseau avec de l eau pas très nette et malodorante se déverse sur cette pauvre plage. Les activités sportives gratuites telles que aquagym ou aérobic au bord de la piscine inexistantes. La musique qui donne sur la piscine est assourdissante. Cela ne vaut pas 150 euros, la piscine sauve le tout. Je ne recommande pas et je n’y retournerai pas.

Nothing bad to say it was great on every level

I really enjoyed our stay with the family. Very convenient property, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 washrooms. And the view was amazing. I loved the beach and everything about Martinique!

The property and the grounds were lovely. A couple things: there was no cleaning service the entire week we were there. They were very rigid on what hours you could eat and where. The staff was very pleasant and tried to be accommodating. Dinners were buffet style. We were the only Americans in the place. Everyone else was from France.

This is a very nice resort, on the beach, self suficient if you dont want to drive anywhere you dont have to. It can get very busy on the weekends when many locals are visiting, especially at the pool. I would not stay anywhere else in Matinik next time.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au sein de cet hotel, cependant le service est a revoir. Nous avons attendu pres de 7 jours avant d'avoir enfin la wifi dans notre chambre.

Not that friendly. No common respect as it should be to the client

It is a hôtel but service is more like an appartement: towels were changed only once during our 2 weeks stay. We have to fold used sheets and towels at the end of the stay! Priced like hôtel but service like rented appartement. Beautifull view and site.

location, gardens, beaches and sports. Great location close to nice beaches and the plantations to visit

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. The garden view is wonderful.
