This hotel with bungalows is pretty great and easy to get to when you arrive in the port, less than a 10 minute walk (google maps has the wrong location). First off the staff that works here is very friendly and treats you like family. If you need anything they will help, from just usual hotel needs to booking trips at local prices that you don't have to bother with someone trying to charge you to much (private tour is more expensive, public is cheaper but you will be with other people). The rooms are very chill, front porch is spacey and nice. The bed is very comfortable and has a mosquito net which you need because you are in a thatch building. The AC works well enough but then again you are in a thatch building so some of the air escapes. This is not for everybody but I thought it was cool and that is the bathroom. It is private and behind your bungalow so you can shower under the sun and stars. The room itself is large and has plenty of shelf space. Outside the property is like being in the jungle and the grounds are well kept. The pool is very nice and has plenty of shade and sun. Cons: wifi only works in the reception area. No restaurant and bar when I visited but they are working to add one. Hot water takes awhile but does work.
