Parking, elevator. Spacious, beautiful, modern, cheap room. Room with glass door view to see the night view, beautiful sunset but the disadvantage is that it is super hot during the day. Amenities: each room does not have a dryer, the electric kettle is dirty, dusty, rusty, the shower faucet can only be used with 1 faucet, the air conditioner is sometimes hot, sometimes cold, difficult to adjust. TV can be watched, can surf the internet. Shower gel and shampoo are filled. Room is cleaned regularly, bed sheets and towels are changed every day, 2 bottles of free mineral water are provided every day, however, there is no tea or coffee. Laundry service is available at a reasonable fee, fragrant. I booked a room for the first 4 days and then went to Hoi An and Hue, the hotel let me store my suitcase for 3 days, very wonderful. What I think the hotel needs to improve the most is the receptionist, often the reception desk is empty, urgent needs can only be contacted by phone and other guests are like me, need to meet but the receptionist is not there, very inconvenient. If I come back or not, I will definitely come back.

After booking, there was an additional charge of 200k for early check-in even though I made a special request to check in at 7am, but they said the hotel only accepts check-in at 2pm. If there is an additional charge, it should be on the app, not when you get there. Loss of reputation of the tourism city.
