The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent.

It's very dirty, there's always a smell in the toilet, there's no towel, and the blanket is super old.

The location is very good and every Saturday and Sunday there is a market right in front of the hotel with very cheap prices.

Everything is just right, adding a partition for the second floor will make it complete and have more privacy for guests.

Things are broken and not like in the photos advertised, friendly staff but sad that they let a single-mom with a noisy kid sleep in the same room as other guests. I get that they wanted to help her, but we, the other guests, did pay for a service we did not receive. Things are broken upstairs as well and the downstairs is damp with washing-machines and driers. They should update their photos please. The hostel does not really provide for a social atmosphere and I was sad I didn't read the google reviews before ordering.

Convenient location on the central street of the old quarter facing Hoan Kiem Lake. Clean room and bed, clean bathroom cleaned regularly. Convenient and safe magnetic card door lock. Spacious and comfortable safe closet, however the hotel does not provide a lock, guests must bring their own. Good experience, will come back.
