I had absolutely an amazing time . All the services were outstanding from the warm welcome until departure. I would recommend this place for a friend.

Had a problem with sewage smell come through AC vents and completely clogged shower drain.

Upon arriving at the hotel at 10:30 PM after a long journey, I was shocked when the receptionist informed me that the hotel was fully booked and only had a single-bed room available, with no extra beds because it was Eid al-Adha. I told him we had booked a room for three adults, all over 25 years old, and asked how a small single bed could possibly suffice. He responded that this was the hotel’s policy and apologized, saying it was all they had. This prompted me to speak with another receptionist, who dismissed the issue and repeated the same thing, claiming the hotel’s capacity policy allowed for three people in that room. I have photos showing the bed is barely enough for two people, let alone three. We were then told there was one additional room available, but it would cost 167 Bahraini Dinars, approximately 445 USD. Exhausted, I tried searching for another hotel, but unfortunately, the time wasn’t ideal for online booking as it was past midnight, marking the start of a new day. This meant that even if we booked another hotel, check-in would be between 12 PM and 3 PM, leaving us without a place to sleep for over 12 hours, especially since we were already exhausted from travel. We took a car and visited other hotels but couldn’t find a suitable booking. After an hour and a half, we returned to our hotel, and to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that, fortunately, someone had checked out, and a room with an extra bed was now available. Very bad experience!!!

The location of this hotel is great and so is the food and service. The rooms/suites are very spacious and were recently renovated nicely. The 3 pools are a good size for our kids and the lifeguards in site are very vigilant. Our kids also like the kid club and the activities they do. The gym is pretty big and never busy. Breakfast has a good selection and is worth including. Also, the restaurants at this hotel offer good food options and have a nice vibe.

Everything was perfect, great food, brilliant service from all staff and Royal Club lounge one of the best offerings, including lunch. Pool a delight in the city and hotel grounds and rooms immaculate. Perfect stay 👍

The front desk at 0 didn’t answer calls on several attempts on several days. Same with one touch service calls for room service- they never answered; so went to restaurant rather than room service. Mentioned this on check out at front desk.

Limited parking and the hotel is kinda oldish

Nice room, nice hotel

Room was fine, except footprints in the shower and bathroom. After asking for this to be re-cleaned the hotel left a fruit basket in the room which could have been for 5 people, very wasteful. Breakfast was ruined by the front desk informing breakfast was open until 1130. Upon arriving at 1100 it was shut, no ownership taken by the front desk who didn’t seem to understand our annoyance. This could be a really good hotel but it’s let down by the small details
