Excellent

Great service, friendly staff, good food, and very clean.

VIP access is non existent in this hotel. Zero benefits. A very frugal hotel that is far from the 5 star hotel it identifies as. I would rather stay at oro verde. This hotel does nothing to improve your stay. They should not have VIP access. They do nothing for their VIP patrons.

Safetiness

It was fine. The rooms were okay. The location is not great and the smell from the river near the pool was gross. I wish the price included breakfast.

All was excellent...EXCEPT my room was right above new year party. Noise y thumping until 4 AM....3 HOURS SLEEP. The room itself was excellent.

Staff are truly amazing, helpful and extremely knowledgeable I wanna to thank them for the services, you really make me feel at home.

El papel higienico es un desastre...es de pésima calidad. No deberían ahorrar en esto. Si quieren cobren un dolar mas, pero no ahorren en el papel. No tiene sentido que un hotel RADISSON tenga todo muy bien y en cosas tan básicas y necesarias como esta, ahorren. Eso no es economía, es un detalle mínimo pero que hace la diferencia. es como tener un auto de 100 mil dolares y echarle gasolina barata...al final se daña el motor...

The prices were a little high for the food, but was a very nice hotel.

Overall all I was satisfied with my stay.The staff was very attentive. Only point of dissatisfaction was shower did not get hot.

Staff was friendly and serviceable. In case you want to charge your meals to the room bill, you should let them know in advance at check in, otherwise they may ask for payment every time.

Loved the pool and transportation. Restaurant service very slow, and no room upgrade was offered
