Great to relax

Amazing pool area with incredible staff ready to help no matter what you need. We had a few issues with our room when we were there and the hotel resolved them in an instant and nothing was too much for them to handle.The location of the hotel is unmatched, literally the best located hotel in town

Our second stay at this gorgeous hotel in a great location. The pool area is great and the staff at the pool area were brilliant (Viktor is a star) as were the staff at breakfast that was gorgeous with a great variety of hot and cold and a la carte egg options. The Spa is lovely and spacious and we used it when the weather was poor. There’s a Sauna, Steam room, Hammam and shower with numerous options. There is also a large pool and jacuzzi. We did however have some challenges we wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel: We filled in pre-arrival preference form and asked for a standard mattress - we got a very hard foam mattress (a topper was added after the first painful poor nights sleep). The coffee crème in the fridge (2 tiny cartons) was replaced 3 days out of our seven days and we had to call room service for cream on each occasion that it wasn’t replaced. I did request milk for tea one day from room service and was asked for card details to pay for it..(I decided to give the milk and tea a miss) We were in room 310B in aqua and were woken up 4 mornings in a row at 6:45am by very noisy dustbin men bouncing very large metal bins below our balcony. After wake up calls 4 mornings in a row we requested a different room and we were given a nice room in Baia with marina views. I requested ice twice on the evening of my 60th birthday 30 mins apart and it never arrived. I did however receive a birthday cake that was left in the room that was very much appreciated.

I recently stayed at the Regent Porto Montenegro in Tivat, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The hotel’s atmosphere, service, and attention to detail were exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The surroundings were beautiful, and everything felt luxurious and relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with our visit and will definitely return in the future! Highly recommend!

Likes: excellent location/lovely view from room …and good facilities overall. Less likeable features: complexity of moving from one wing of the building to another …plus coffees/teas somewhat lukewarm on occasion.

This property is amazing, it has great views, access to multiple shops and restaurants, just a few feet away. It would be great for them to have an area to safely swim in the ocean… there are always opportunities 😉

Excellent property

This property is beautiful. We had a lovely, huge two room suite facing over the marina. It had a large balcony where we could watch the world go by whilst we were having a cocktail in the evenings. The staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. The area is fun with lots of great restaurants and a very pleasant laid back vibe. We had a great stay!

The area is very clean and chic , the hotel was amazing. In terms of everything. Location , service , helpful staff. I would not consider staying in any of the other hotels to be honest. It is the best.

Front of house reception staff need proper training. I called reception when I arrived to complain as I got the wrong room. To my horror the receptionist (male) started shouting at me saying I need to take it up with my travel agent and it’s not their problem. Can you believe this from a 5* hotel? It should be a warning to everyone, don’t expect 5* service like you would get in more developed parts of the world here. It’s simply not up to international standard

Our group had an excellent 7 night stay at the Regent Porto Montenegro in June 2023. Our rooms were exceptionally well kept; all of the staff, from reception, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff and spa personnel were absolutely first class. Breakfast in Murano was very good. The hotel is very well placed for restaurants around the Port. The Spa was excellent and treatments were very competitively priced for a 5* hotel. I'm sure the soon-to-be-open 'Maya Bay' restaurant in the hotel will be similarly fantastic. The Onyx bar is a great spot for a nightcap. My only small gripe was that pool bar service was sometimes self-service, whereas on other days the team came round the pool areas regularly taking drinks and food orders, but this pales in comparison with how great our visit was overall. I have no reservation in recommending this hotel to anyone considering staying here. 10/10

Deserving of its 5 stars . Really enjoyed my stay

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We had the most fabulous room, overlooking the Marina. Our Room was fantastic, huge balcony and bathroom. We loved the murano restaurant, for breakfast and we ate there twice for dinner. Sonja was fantastic and Marco at dinner was very patient with us, when we were looking after our grandson. The pool area was lovely, which overlooked the gorgeous marina and mountains that surround the property are just stunning. We loved our stay.

Location and hotel was great. Quality of breakfast and service at breakfast was not at level we expected. breakfast showed up late, coffee was cold. And I have to admit, we had the worst omelettes ever, it was clear they did not bother using fresh eggs Chef and kitchen management ought to reconsider how they prepare food. It is shameful that such a great hotel to setve such lousy food.
