Clean and safe

Stayed here on a previous trip, was good then, was even nicer this time because of the sea view room, which is nice to sit on the balcony and watch the area light up at night. As before, this hotel is convenient if you dont want be too central and like walking; its about 5 minutes walk to the boulevard then about 25-35mins from there to the center. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty decent...as is the price for a stay in this hotel...would definitely recommend and stay again in a future trup.

The door panel fell off the front door and could have seriously injured me and the staff was totally casual about it!!!

Good location if you like walking. About 25 minutes on foot to 'center'. And 5 minutes to the sea. Rooms are good size with balcony offering a decent views..but make sure to get sea view, or else it's pretty poor. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a roof restaurant but never got chance to try. Overall a good stay, and would stay again in the future

I asked 3 times to put the mileage to Bestwern Rewards, but they didn't.

The Hotel is clean, the Staff are helpful, the following left a good impression on me, Nino and Nino and Vaco at the Front Disk.

Great location, walking distance to the centre, beach, etc. The room was spacious, complete with AC, TV, fridge and with a decent sized bathroom.

Up to the standard, central and very comfy.

everything was great : the view from the window , the staff , the gym , the swimming pool , except soundproofing : every morning we were forced to get up very early

I did not stay in the hotel and they did not accept my reservation, and they did not have any room for me while I have a confirmed reservation. And i suffered to find another hotels to stay with my family.

Service horrible. Front desk never answers the phone. You literally have to go down and meet the staff and ask them what you need. Complained about it with no reactions from them. They seem busy talking to each other than answering the phone.

The property is at a good location, the hotel was clean. There was an issue with the house keeping. The window frame in the alloted room was hanging and wind was coming in, upon complaint the room was changed. However for changing room had to go down to reception since there was no reply on the intercom from reception or from duty manager.

Good English at reception. Excellent breakfast buffet. Also had good dinner with excellent view of the "Dancing Fountains" display in the waterfront lake opposite the hotel. Although not as close to the center of Batumi as some hotels, its walkable along the broad seafront promenade. Overall, would certainly stay here again.

I expected to find the hotel as advertised on Hotels.com with Sauna, Restaurant, indoor pool and other amenities mentioned. But when I arrived there, what I found was not a real Hotel, just an accomodation place. The restaurant and other facilities were underconstuction. I had to order food from outside. The room was clean and new. The TV was poor quality. The soaps and conditioners provided by the hotel were poor quality. I noticed the consistency of the hair conditioner was different each time. I don't know if they add water to it. I don't know if stating that the hotel has swimming pool, restaurant and... would constitute as false advertisement. I was not pleased with it. If I had been provided with the knowledge of how this hotel is like, I would not have chosen this specific hotel. I am a person easily satisfied and not keen to writing long negative reviews, but I feel cheated in choosing this hotel.
