Absolutely wonderful stay! Dinner and breakfast are included and they are definitely some of the best I’ve had anywhere when traveling, with the buffet menu changing every day and full of various vegetarian as well as meat entrees. The rooms are more than adequate in terms of size and cleanliness. Also the spa options are wonderful and very affordable. Would stay again!

Nice place with friendly staff

Very friendly staff, excellent spa offering and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed for the weekend at the hotel and I have to say the overall service, friendliness and availability of the staff was really exceptional. Our 3 year daughter had also a small accident and needed a few stitches. The staff went with us to the clinic and helped us all the way until everything was fine. This was especially helpful as we don't speak the language. A big thanks to Davit for all his help. We will sure go back to Jermuk and the hotel

It was a nice stay overall, i suggest it for a short stay and for the spa and treatments. Unfortunately English is really poor so i wasn't able to understand most of the treatments offered, a real pity.

A great place to get away and just relax. Very comfortable rooms in a quiet town up in the mountains with fresh air. Good wifi too. Pool, hot-tub sauna and gym were in good condition and clean.

Spacious & comfortable rooms with fresh mountain air in serene surroundings. I ended up extending my stay for a few days to catch up on some work and just to relax. It's a very small town up in the mountains (there was still a little snow on the ground in April). Since there isn't much traffic it was nice to have some clean smog-free air to breathe for a few days. Beds are VERY comfortable. Rooms are big with great amenities. Breakfast is good. The only "gotcha" is that the name of this place has a different location on Google Maps, and that other location is NOT open and in fact it's a very bad road. So make sure you navigate to the correct place otherwise you'll be in for a surprise.
