Check-in was stressful as I had not received the necessary email to provide a code to access the building and there are no staff onsite. Once I gained access, the room accommodations were nice. I enjoyed having a washer/drying so I could refresh my towels as needed. The futon/couch is worn and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Its a great property , really clean and great amenities. Only thing is that the parking spaces are small and on a first come first served basis. Thankfully they provided me with a space which was easy but I could see some spaces being challenging.

Very basic service (no daily room cleaning, have to set out your own towels for replacement), not much in the kitchen for cooking. Bedding wasn’t very comfortable, towels were tiny and rough, room was very clean overall, bathrooms were perfect size. Washer and dryer were a good bonus.

Even with a late flight arrival Ms Stay staff made arrangements for me to check-in “after hours.” Staff extremely helpful. Upon check in, the room was spotless. Would definitely stay at the property again.

We were supposed to stay for 2 weksnto attend a military celebration retired. Everything was fine until we heard there was a typhoon coming our way, so we left early. They would not give a refund of unused days

Nice little hotel within 10 minute walk to American Village. 7-11 and Family Mart are a couple of blocks away. Rooms have washer/dryer, a full fridge and microwave. Hot plate on request. Parking cost is 500Y a day or 1000Y for your entire stay (whether it’s 2 days or 2 months). There’s also free parking across the street.

Great. Far enough from the main road to avoid noise but close enough for convenient public transport. Friendly staff. Walking distance to American Village.

M’s Stay Okinawa was clean and quiet. The rooms were in great condition and the staff was very nice and helpful!
