A family run hotel with great customer service inspired from the top down - great atmosphere and superb service.

Property sits up in hills with lots of hills and steps. This property is not for handicapped people or if you have trouble climbing hills and lots of steps. Rooms are very outdated. Needs renovation. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Staff was excellent in helping you for whatever you need. You need to take a taxi or public bus to get to wherever you need to go. Property is at the west end of the island about 45 minutes from airport. Closer to Royal Dockyard.

This place was so great! The staff are amazing - very fun and helpful. We got the meal plan and it was so convenient to have breakfast and dinner included. Menus were extensive, lots of good options. We loved the Monday night happy hour and BBQ buffet dinner. The shuttle service from the ferry and to the bus was great. Loved walking along the railway trail nearby. The common areas at the resort are really beautiful and weren't crowded. Loved the ocean view from our room, and from the gym and the restaurants. The private beach is really nice, lots of umbrellas and beach chairs. Excellent spot. Just be aware - there are lots of stairs to access the beach and various amenities!

Extremely friendly staff treat you like family. Most of the staff have been there for years and we were very impressed with the rooms and the amenities. We would definitely come back. This one is a hidden gem on the south end of the island. No need to dine out—get the meal package and spare yourself from Bermuda price$.

This is a great property. If you are looking for a good beach in Bermuda, this is it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. The meal plan is a good value, I highly recommend. The negatives are that some areas of the property show some wear and tear (for example the hot tubs, sliding doors, rusty exterior metal items). This is understandable for an oceanfront hotel that is exposed to salt air, but some areas need some work. Second, the main areas and bathrooms are very clean but I noticed a lot of areas that needed cleaning. None of this impacted our enjoyment of the property and the great staff more than made up for it. Don’t miss the Monday evening swizzle happy hour!

Get the food dinner package. It was amazing!..rooms dated but clean. Lots of stairs from rooms to beach, I counted 135 stairs. Gorgeous property and views. There is a free shuttle to get you to your room to main Lobby if needed. Car rental in sight, a bit expensive, but worth it if you want to explore hidden beaches and areas. Staff are amazing!! Shout out to waitress Ilene and to Terry the host of ocean grill. The staff and food makes up for the property being a bit dated.

Perfect location, in depth ocean swimming out for 400 metres. Excellent menus, we stayed 15 nights and always found plenty we liked, choice of 5 starters and 7/8 mains every night. Weekly bbq grill was superb and breakfast switched regularly from buffet to alacarte. Staff could not be more helpful and owner always around and happy to chat. View of the ocean was breathtaking and you can’t beat a private beach! I wish the pool was a bit bigger. It was just small enough for a few kids to enjoy but the hot tubs were a plus. The meal plan was extremely affordable and I highly recommend because it was cheaper than just ordering dinner or breakfast on your own. The resort can use a few renovations, but it was overall well kept it was pretty far from the airport or the main city, so I would recommend as a place to relax and reset.

Location was beautiful. The beach spectacular, hot tub was relaxing, pool is heated, three different restaurants to eat from all delicious.

The view of the water and private beach are great! The dinners at the two restaurants were fabulous! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to CiCi and Linda for our fast shuttle service with a smile. Definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful experience during our stay here. Everyone was extremely helpful and very welcoming. The meal plan is a great deal and the food is fantastic!

They did not have a gym but I got a massage. The masseuse was professional and polite.

We loved our first visit to Pompano resort! The food was exceptional. The rooms were large and I enjoyed that there was a tub and separate shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The courtesy vehicle to the golf course was handy as we both love to golf.

The time we were there was wonderful. The place has a warm and friendly atmosphere, we felt very comfortable the whole time we were there. The staff could not do enough for you, always making sure we were happy. Our room was clean, nice and large it showed a wonderful view of the ocean. All of our meals were excellent and top notch. I should know I am a 1988 culinary grad from Johnson & Wales. I would recommend this place 4 sure!

A fabulously friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Lovely room, amazing food and spectacular beach and pool facilities. We loved it ❤️
