The beds are nice and the property is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is convenient and full of delicious options but is very expensive. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good and a better price.

Everything quite good and comfortable. However, special mention for each and every person at the reception for their readiness to help. The reception and security can be more proactive and friendly to allow car park near the Hotel for the Guests or guests of the guest. Thank you all

We had a pretty good stay at the hotel. It was our first time here in Georgia and we enjoyed it. Hotel has spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Room service is quick. It is very well maintained too. Tamar and Ioane were excellent during our stay.

Very well located, 7 minutes walk from the delicious HB and McShaurma on Vazha Pshavela str. 28 minutes by walk to Pekin square and Palace of Sport. Clean and spacious room, good breakfasts. Second time of staying here.

Clean and tidy, great location on a major road and not far from old Tbilisi

I had stayed at a 5 star in Tblisi before moving to Ramada Encore, which is rated as a 3 star. The real 5 star was Ramada Encore, with its excellent and friendly staff, who where always there to help you in any way they could. Food and service was also perfect. I would not stay anywhere else on my next trip.

Friendly staff, comfortable room. Recommended to stay there if you stay for a business in that area. Will book again.
