Beautiful gardens to relax enjoy a glass of wine and listen to the birds

The Brontë is a little oasis in this part of Harare. Charming hotel with really friendly staff. It is showing it’s age and slightly run down in areas.

Excellent customer service

Arrived in the evening to the soundtrack of frogs! Fortunately the noise is not intrusive. The reception and other staff were excellent, welcoming without hovering.The room was as described. The air-conditioning worked and took away the heat efficiently. The breakfast selection was great and catered for most palates Not everything was excellent. The bathroom taps were loose and the extractor fan was somewhat noisy.

This was not my first visit to the Bronte. After the first night in the hotel, many of the long time employees recognized me -- and said, "Welcome Back." How lovely that was. It felt like coming home.

Great grounds, good breakfast and friendly staff. Gym and pool are nice too. But I wish the room had a mini fridge.

Comfortable stay

From my room, I was surrounded by natural beauty and a lovely small pool, The staff were excellent -- greeting, serving the resident needs. All service personal were charming, smart, and poised to assist.

The best hotel in Harare. I spent 10 wonderful days in the hotel. The surroundings are charming, parking, security, 1 minute to the shopping center but very quiet area. The service is at the highest level, all staff are very nice and helpful, the food is wonderful (especially breakfast) and the cleaning service is polite, super fast and very thorough. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Thank you to the whole staff for making my stay pleasant.
