This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were nice and clean! The views were beautiful and the staff was super friendly! Not to mention the food was excellent! This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Jamaica!

The building needs repair, refurbishment and regular maintenance. The pools were moldy. The bathrooms smells bad, tiles were broken, mold in shower. Shower not made to keep water from flooding the bathroom. The shower head had to face the wall while using it to prevent water from flooding the floor. I had to shower up against the wall. Air conditioner very loud and in was not working in the first room. Could barely sleep with the loud air conditioner. Bathroom sink does not contain water, causes splatter on clothes while using. The sink faucet tuns the wrong way on and off for the cold water. Iron broken at the tip caused damage to my dress when ironing. House keeping very slow to respond. Was out of toilet paper and sanitary napkin disposable sleeves. Waited a long time and had to call twice before they were brought to the room. Front desk very slow to respond. Food was repetitive, snapper fish everyday and not much to choose from. Dinning room cushions had mold on them. Mold on faucet for ice cream scoop sink. Pool bar very slow to serve food. Drinks from the bar were poorly made. A lot of syrupy drinks, bland consistency, watered down. Quality of drinks could be better with real ingredients. TV in room is outdated, picture and sound quality fuzzy and low. Hammocks in garden were dirty, could not sit on them. Garden was beautiful, well kept, loved the garden but could not sit to enjoy it. Overall, not a five star hotel. Very disappointed with my stay at this resort.

Air conditioning went out leaking water on floor in room. Took 2 calls and a little too long to clean up. Bathrooms need updating. Restaurants 8/10. Overall very nice

We stayed for 8 nights July 2026! It’s a beautiful resort!! However if anyone has ever seen the movie Get Out that’s how my husband and I felt about most of the staff. It was a weird vibe that I can’t explain. The amenities and inclusive excursions were great! Unfortunately for us, the food taste was disappointing. Our 25 yrs old daughter lost a personal belonging item via housekeeping that was never found. However, I would recommend the resort! My husband and I travel to JA annually and we will consider going back next year.

Our stay at Couples Tower Isle was everything we were hoping for and more! The resort was beautiful, the beach was always clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff deserves special recognition—they were genuinely warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from start to finish. The entertainment was fantastic, with plenty to do during the day and fun shows and activities in the evenings. We were never bored. The food was also a pleasant surprise. There were so many great options that we were never hungry, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Our absolute favorite was the Escovitch fish sandwich on cocoa brea! chef’s kiss! We were still talking about it after we left. We truly have no complaints. Couples Tower Isle delivered exactly the relaxing vacation we were looking for. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back! 🌴🇯🇲❤️

The spa was amazing! The massage was incredible. The staff were friendly and kind. There was a roach problem on our room and our friend’s room. The bathroom and room were a bit outdated. But the experience was a 1000/10. First time in Jamaica.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The personnel were genuinely helpful and accommodating throughout my visit, which made the experience comfortable. My only complaints are that the entertainment wasn’t Jamaican—it was mostly American music, which took away from the local vibe I was hoping for. Also, the private nudist island was only open one day during my week‑long stay, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Definitely one of my favorite places to reside away from home. The staff is amazing and welcoming! They treated you with respect and kindness. The food is amazing and the views of the ocean, breathtaking.

The hotel was nice for the price. It is about two hours away from the airport though. Food is okay, the bayside restaurant is the better option unless you want to do a formal dinner at 8 rivers. Don’t do the fishing trip with Leroy. He charges $280 and takes you out for an hour with NOBAIT. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t book a second time.

Absolutely the best vacation I’ve been on. Me and my girlfriend had the time of our lives. The staff here is exceptional!!!! Hands down the best resort I could ever imagine!!!

I didn't like how you had to have reservations for almost all the restaurant the pool restaurant I didn't enjoy the food the staff was too relaxed meaning they overlooked the guests due to having their own conversations and when asked for something it almost appeared as if you were bothering them not all staff was like that just a few the food was not what I expected it to be very Americanized
