Very nice people and hospitality.

I would certainly stay at this resort again. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a trip here and we loved every moment. The scenery, the zen aura, the amazing food and drinks. The only thing we wished was available was better night life entertainment.

I loved the eco-lodge concept for this resort. I also loved getting an upgrade to a penthouse suite with a plunge pool upon arrival! Staff were friendly and food was good. My only complaint is that staff had no adapters for us to charge our devices, and we were also not aware that we would need adapters for our chargers so this was a huge inconvenience. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

Food and service was great..

At Zoëtry we had multiple sightings of roaches in our room. The furniture were deteriorating and we had no hot water for an entire day.

The property is a bit worn out but still ok. Service was horrific. From room cleaning to restaurants, it was not 5 star service.

Five star service, accommodation and food. Beautiful resort with a bay that has a magnificent view.

Enjoyed our stay, staff is excellent

Stayed for the weekend and the hotel is beautiful but be prepared to walk and climb steps as the terrain is hills. The staff was friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the front desk personnel Ms. Annabelle or Anyleese . She helped us look for a taxi and called another hotel on our behalf to cancel a reservation we could not make.

The staff is the heart of the resort. Andrea at the Cove was great. We received a room upgrade. The spa staff and services were great. A little well loved, but they are currently remodeling.

No bath robes, no slippers - not a standard for a 5 star hotel Food not too great, but got better after our feedback Responsive to feedback tho Butler service is unnecessary

Room was clean,pool was clean, But restaurant was poorly managed, waiting time 40 min. To 1.20, at times didn't received what was order , the servers we're doing there job with tge amount of staff,, i won't recommend this place to any one.

People there were great Fine food was was not there. not alot to do unless you leave property

The place is fine, but overall less quality than it was 9 years ago when I visited here when it was under the Capella ownership.

a very beautiful and romantic place, The ocean and tropical forest location is amazing .

Our stay at Zoetry was everything we had hoped and more.. very tranquil, zen and relaxing.. will definitely return the hospitality was unmatched!!! 5 stars to Zoetry !!!
