I had a terrible experience with the reservation department. I booked a stay here June 8-11 for my brothers wedding. During flight check in, I realized my passport had expired a month ago and unable to fly out. I and Expedia called and sent numerous emails before check in, pleading for a refund or a waiver on this expensive stay that I was unable to enjoy. Phones just rang, and emails without reply’s. The lady in reservations was extremely rude, and refused to connect me with management or info to corporate and stating my emails were sent after check in time which was a lie! Very unacceptable and heart breaking. Not only did I miss the wedding, I am out $700. Very disappointing
