I love the attention the staff gives

We had a wonderful time at the Hilton Rose Hall. Most of the staff provided excellent service especially Junior at the Fresh restaurant and Nathan at Mangoes. Our housecleaning was exceptional and done Colette who did a wonderful job of leaving us these wonderful creations each day. The food was good especially at breakfast and dinner. We did not spend alot of time there during lunch so i can not say much about it. There were lots of activities at the resort and so much attractions to see. I would revisit the Hilton Rose Hall again and again.

Property well maintained. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating from the front bell men to housekeepers. Will definitely be in my top list for returning Only complaint would be not enough beer selection.

Property was amazing. Food options were great, operating hours weren’t the best but in room service was available. Besides the toilet not operating properly and the bed being uncomfortable everything else was wonderful. I will definitely choose the Hilton if I travel back.

The entertainment team was fantastic. The beach is very convenient. The staff is very cordial.

Excellent facility and amazing staff

Beautiful property but the food wasn't great plus they had roaches both in the main dining hall and in our room. The fancy dinner was nice but the wait was crazy if you were able to even get a table. The staff was great but i was upset that check in was at 4 and my room wasn't ready for maybe an hour or so. I booked the trip more than 8 months prior and probably would have waited longer if i hadn't complained. After a day of traveling to get there i just wanted to shower and start my vacation. I'd never go back to this resort. And dont book excursions with Nexus. They took us 2 hours out knowing that they had to cancel just so they can keep a portion of our money. I've been home for almost 2 weeks and have yet to receive my refund. This was a graduation gift to my son for all his hard work and i was highly disappointed.

Very clean property, food, entertainment and beach were very well done!

Staff is very friendly and food is decent for an all-inclusive resort. Property needs to be updated a little. There were areas of the pool/lazy river that were closed and looked very run down. The swim up bar area was not clean. The restaurants are first come first serve so you end up waiting over an hour and a half for them. We made the best of it all though. Loved the jerked chicken and pork. The bars should really have a menu posted so you know what drinks they offer. I saw them on the website though. Good for a family with kids. You really get what you paid for.

Love the beach, the pools, restaurants, food, and the entertainment was amazing.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Check in out fast and the room readily available. The breakfast buffet had good options but dinner menu was more limited and not as good.

Food, staff, atmosphere, cleanliness all 10:10. The beach isn’t the best. Only reason it’s a 99 and not 100.

Overall, the stay was fine. The carpets on the corredor needs improvement as the smell was unbearable.

Amazing stay, great staff

Food and service were good. Pools and beach are nice. Entertainment was good. A big resort which has some pros and cons. Felt a little more like a Hilton that could be in any Caribbean island and less Jamaican for that reason.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff, the food my overall experience at the Hilton Rose Hall was exceptional.

I asked and paid for Oceanview and had pool and 1/4 of oceanview.

Excellent property in Montego Bay. True Jamaican spirit all around. Staff can be a bit laid back, but that's part of the spirit! :)
