Dear Valued Guest, We sincerely apologize for the extremely disturbing and unprofessional experience you had with your backpack. This incident was completely unacceptable and a serious violation of our security standards and luggage storage procedures. We deeply regret that your decision to store your backpack—as a precautionary measure since your room did not have a safe—has caused you significant inconvenience. The negligence of the front desk staff in handing your backpack to another guest without proper inspection and without providing the proper luggage tag was gross negligence. We fully understand the added anxiety and fatigue you must have experienced in the middle of the night after a long day.
