Broken mattress, smelly room, lots of mosquitoes. Not good service willing to waste money 3 days I was there, looking for a better hotel!

Not satisfied because there are staff suddenly enter the room without knocking on the door.

Dirty, musty smell in the room

The rooms are okay, clean, neat, clean toilets, cold AC, TV safe, there are towels, soap, lotion, toothbrushes, but the pillows all smell really bad, then the mattress is also flat.

Overall good for a budget hotel.

The hotel is near the same dufan but outside the tija area, unfortunately there is no parking coupon, but calculated 35,000 flat is still cheap huh. Then there are 2 kinds of cheap and same-sized rooms, the cheapest ones are sent to another shop. 2 shop from the main shop house, floor laundry 2 times room, I got the floor. 2. Be careful of shophouses with slippery street laundry. Then right when you check in, your mom doesn't have any, so it's been a long time because of you. The toilet smells, the room is okay.

When I checked in, the recepcionist desk was really smelly and the room where I stayed wasn't neat so I had to wait for an hour for them to clean up the room. I cant change the room bcs they said it was already noted in the system. The good thing about this hotel was this hotel near to ancol (you only had to walk around 10 mins to Dufan) and it also near indomaret

The rooms in OYO were only left on the 3rd floor and were finally moved to the airy room on the 1st floor. The air conditioner was only a blower and tended to be hot, the bathroom gave off a bad odor, the hot and cold water went well, the water taps were rusty, the TV signal disappeared so just watched the ants, gallon water is outside the room, used glass is not washed every day.

The bathroom was dirty, eh it leaked too. The room also leaked, fortunately I wanted to check out.

receptionist service is really bad, doesn't know anything when we ask. public toilet at every floor is not well prepared, very smelly through the hallway. there's no cloth hanger. tv is broken, very few limited channel is accessible. wifi has really bad connection. there's no parking lot for guest. we have to pay hourly parking ticket based on aston hotel parking service. very bad entrance access, through a laundry shop with improper stairs to reach the room in 3rd floor. no room service and any call access to the receptionist. the bed sheet is dirty. over all it doesn't have standard even for a budget hotel. we will never go back there anymore. there's no window opening. the only good service is it has cold-hot water for shower, although the bathroom is too narrow

Prices are according to the facilities.

The room was dirty and there were still the bottles of the previous guests' drink, so disappointing that they didn't stay, not again staying there.

The room was hot, the air conditioner didn't work properly, no towels were provided so I had to ask the staff for towels first.

Great, comfortable, just cool.

The road to get there is confusing.
