The receptionist is not clear, everything is complicated, please make the hotel look for a professional receptionist, I just ask for help, I can't cook, what kind of service is the receptionist is very unfriendly.

I choose payment with the app paylater but after check in, the administration charge the bill and must pay at the hotel at that time. The facility and condition is oke, but the bathroom door is broken and the TV only for youtube, the railing stairway is very rusty.

The hope is that it's okay far from the city center, the important thing is that there is a swimming pool because you bring children, it turns out that the pool is dry. If you want to swim, the receptionist is also not friendly.

When I checked-in, the night watchman, the cashier immediately said the room was full. Even though I ordered bookings in advance through Traveloka. We had to call the manager first. N thank God it can be overcome. Even though the room ordered did not match our order. Rest can rest.

The best thing is, they are honest with the lack of lodging and I personally really appreciate that, hopefully the Oyo 1326 Mahakam Guest House will be more advanced and victorious, yes. Amen O Allah.
