Kondisi hotel sudah seperti itu pun, baik travel agen maupun owner nya, sampai sekarang belum mau mengembalikan uang saya. Saya tahu waktu booking tertulis un-refundable, tapi saya kan tidak menyangka bahwa juga bermitra dengan hotel/penginapan yang tidak layak huni. Begitu pun dengan pihak OYO, semua sama saja, bermitra dengan hotel yang tidak layak huni.
