Great location, price, facilities

Stayed here because of transit between children, very close to Lippo Plaza, Among Tani market, next to Brawijaya souvenir shop, the location is right on the edge of the main road near Alun-alun Batu, unfortunately the price listed on the app is room only, does not include towels and AC, but yesterday when we stayed, we did not take the AC because Batu was quite cold, instead at night we covered ourselves with blankets.

There is no remote for the TV so I use my cellphone as the remote, the service is friendly, the parking lot is big enough for 2 cars, if there is parking for 2 cars it is a bit of a hassle if you want to get out, you have to look for the car owner first

The atmosphere at the hotel is quite comfortable, it's close to everywhere, and food is also fast.

the water in the toilet doesn't come out and we have to pay extra to rent towels, the room smells of urine

Friendly hotel staff, very strategic location in the city center, near Indomaret, Brawijaya souvenir shop, & Malang Strudel. The room is comfortable, just narrow & the toilet smells bad.

Actually, overall it's good, Ma'am is friendly. Only when I borrowed a broom stick to clean the mattress was there no excuse, but not long after that an employee brought a broom stick (tebah). I wanted to cut the sheets because there was still hair * I don't know whose it is.:').

Kamarnya sangat kotor sekali, harga ditraveloka tidak sesuai, sampai sana masih disuruh bayar lagi ac 100k, handuk 2=30k, shower bocor, kamar mandi kotor, sprei, selimut tidak diganti, staff sangat tidak ramah, sangat-sangat mengecewakan sekali.

Sumpah gak mengenakan sama sekali, jadi aku di Traveloka kena harga 85 ribu trus nympek sana. Harus nambah karena ada by sewa AC dan lain-lain
