- Tiếp tân rất nhiệt tình - vui vẻ - Hướng dẫn rất chu đáo , nhưng khách sạn có vị trí quá dốc nên đỗ xe rất căng và nguy hiểm , cách âm kém , rất ồn và bất tiện , Bù lại giá cả phù hợp , nội thất , thiết bị rất tốt !

Phòng cách âm cực tệ. Tiếng nói chuyện, tiếng bước đi lên xuống cầu thang, tiếng vòi nước phòng khác dội vào phòng suốt đêm không ngủ được. Chăn (mền) mỏng đắp không đủ ấm.

Giá cả không thống nhất, dịch vụ kém.

Phòng đẹp mà quan trọng là các bạn nhân viên siêu dễ thương nhaaaaaa, cả ca sáng cả ca tối lun, lần sau đến Đlat sẽ quay lại, còn nằm ở trung tâm đi đâu cũng tiện nữa

The staff is friendly, the room is clean but the soundproof is poor, so you can hear all the cars, dogs barking, people walking outside the stairs, neighbors house, tired at night but not sleeping well because of noise.
