Listen, if you dont want to explore Belize and youre just in and out. Its probably okay - at about half the price. The complimentary breakfast was acceptable, but the restaurant was rough. The problem is that its so isolated that there arent many choices and they know it.

The property is gated with security. The pool was great. Sea side.The staff were exceptional. 5 min to the airport. Food was great, but slightly overpriced. A.c worked amazing. My one and only complaint is there was no fridge. I Would absolutely stay here again. Best part . Mushroom the pug dog. ( I think he's the owner)

Hotel staff was great dinning staff was terrible most of the time i got my own stuff cuz they were to busy on there phones. Food was good. Waiting staff needs improvement

Great secluded spot! Nice place to rest and relax. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, food was excellent. 10-15 minute taxi to airport. Would definitely recommend!

Close to airport is a plus, Listing for the property does not say that you cannot go into the ocean due to crocodiles. Felt we were mislead with the details of the property.

The food is horrible. We paid US$26/person for the most disgusting food we've had in years.

Excellent location

Great spot for your first or last night in Belize if you have a late flight in or early flight out (it’s about 15 minutes from the airport). And honestly, after we spent our last night there I wished we had given them another day or two. Really a cool property with all sorts of views (no swimming in the river or ocean on account of the crocs) and a small pool if you want to cool off or soak. There are also guest cabins and a big guest house that can be rented if you aren’t just looking for a room in the main building like we had. Really a pleasant surprise in all areas.

This cute place sits in a mangrove forests area right on the shore and at the mouth of the river. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant food was good but very expensive for what you get. They can afford to charge you because you are basically isolated at the compound. To get to the nearest outside restaurant is a longish drive up a rough road to get back to the highway. I wasn't terribly interested in attempting to head out and possibly having to drive back down that road in the dark. Overall, I'd stay here again, if I was looking for something self contained, but it's not a reasonable base to explore other parts of Belize.

The owner and staff were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be back to this property.

Property is very scenic

Beware. They cancelled less than 24 hours before our check in time, after we had been messaging about shuttle services. Then, they refused to communicate with Expedia to help with the refund they said they would approve.

Lovely little paradise! Beautiful seaside spot w/ wonderful staff.

The place was lacking in general upkeep and cleanliness. Our room was in need of some repair, there were empty beer bottles outside the rooms when we arrived that were never picked up. There were dogs wandering around. The room had a gas range but smoke detectors were kept in a drawer.

The place is beautiful cabins located by the ocean and by the river. We saw dolphins one morning! There is a driver that took us to couple of places and picked us up for a fee. The food is a little expensive. But overall it was a good choice to stay.
