First impressions were scruffy and untidy. There were a lot of cobwebs and dust. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them. The stove looked like it had had a fire. The oven was filthy. The fridge was filthy. The cupboards in the bathroom and kitchen were musty smelling and mouldy. There we a lot of weeds around the door way to the unit. The TV was not tuned properly. There was no wifi. The sheets were clean and the towels were clean.

The whole place needs to be fixed up, rubbish left around holes in the walls, doors and floor. Windows had cracks in them, the tv was a store display that had what was special about the tv popping up all the time, limited channels. Few utensils in the kitchen just a complet mess

Property was run down and looked like it hasn’t been touched since the 1980s. Door window was broken and taped up. Lights didn’t work. Holes in wall door and ceiling. Street signs missing or shabby. Gardens overgrown. Mould in ceilings. Unit smelled of smoke. Windows catches missing or broken. Would not recommend to anyone.

WARNING - Never Stay Here!The 'Host' greeted us saying"You pay now"I said I had paid and showed him my reservation number,finally he agreed and gave us the key.The unit was filthy inside and out.On opening the door which had a large crack in the glass a smell of damp and decay greeted us.Walls were dirty with patches covering God only knows what!Holes in floor,sofa cover ripped and smelt stale.Hot water only dribbled from bathroom tap (we didn't dare shower)crockery dirty,stove filthy,no hand towel,tea towel or dish cloth.Thankfully the sheets and bedding were clean.We left at first light!

The best thing would be to put a D2 bulldozer through this place

The most disgusting place I have ever stayed at.

It’s nice and spacey but it’s very old and dirty needs to be upgraded. But overall okay

I have to join other reviewers and say DO NOT stay here. The unit was extremely run down inside and out and smelled. The fridge freezer was filthy, no tea, coffee or milk on offer. An upholstered stool in the bedroom had big holes in it. I immediately checked out. I have since been told by a police friend that it is used for emergency housing and there are many domestics and fights.

The unit was disgusting black mould on roof draw door missing rubbish in unit from previous people unit smells like mould fridge dirty and unit was nothing like photos. Never again

Very run down and windows walls in need of a good clean and some repairs. However the sheets were clean and a comfortable bed. Towels were clean and fresh packets of soap shampoo. I couldn't get the shower to run hot but did not have time in the morning to ask for help. Shwer itself was clean.

Room was very dirty anyone even can’t breathe over there , i have spend more than two minutes over there , Manager was rude . Didn’t get any refunds yet

As soon as I saw the condition of this place I left immediately. Disgusting. It smelt like a rubbish tip, there was rubbish left in the living area. The couches and carpet were dirty. The office was messy. Dirty Windows and unkempt grounds. Wotif shouldn't advertise this place. How do I go about a refund?

this was the dirtiest and filthiest place i have ever seen. i dont know how this place can be advertised for vacancies. someone needs to do a thorough review of this property. i would like our money back
