We had a few issues. One was I’d sent a request to the hotel requesting high floor quiet room. They provided the high floor but put us facing the train tracks. We were told trains would stop at 11pm and start again 7am - LIE! Contacted Expedia to assist with my concerns and not much was done. Expedia agent accepted the lies the front desk staff member told them. I was told by Expedia that the front desk staff member advised them they will see what they can do for me the next day & guess what, nothing was done. I’ve now checked out, I had little sleep from the train noise. Wouldn’t stay here, staff attitude sucks.
