We had a very pleasant stay . Staff were very polite and friendly. Hotel location was brilliant near shops, restaurants bars,atms etc . Easy walking distance to most of the sites. Car parking was just a minute or so walk. Breakfast was excellent. A great place to say we are grateful.🙏

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are lovely. There just needs some more attention to details. I had room 401 and the jacuzzi bath tap kept coming off and you could only fill the tub with the over head shower. The control for the bubbles is also loose and the lock on the outside door is broken. Breakfast at the hotel is very poor, with no 'help your self' option for toast, coffee, tea, juice.... there was nothing and then menu had about 6 things to choose from and you are only allowed one item.... choosing either a singl croissant over an omelette seems odd!

What a little gem in the centre of Tirana. Staff very friendly. Young, polite and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend

We had such a perfect time at this hotel! The staff is amazing and so kind. They answered every question and went above and beyond to help. Ada and Samuel attended us and were exceptional. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and so convenient, we didn’t have to go somewhere else for food. Five stars!

Parking was a little tricky but all sorted in the end. Lovely hotel, very nice room and great service. Good area for accessing nice restaurants and bars.

Beautiful hotel and rooms, well located right in the city centre. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, lovely breakfast and lots of dining options nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very good option to stay in Tirana. Close to major attractions and restaurants

My room was terrific after each of a couple of long days. And had I not been told while I was there, I might well have shown up at the wrong bus station at 06:00 AM when I was ready to leave town. (If I had known that to begin with, I would have come back here for two more nights rather than staying at another hotel that I thought was closer to my departure point when I booked it.)

This is a lovely hotel, the staff make it outstanding :-) Excellent, genuine hospitality that is miles ahead of UK standards of hospitality. Will definitely return next time in Tirana.

Very nice location, clean rooms, nice bathroom, we had overall a very pleasant stay. Parking could be made more straightforward (advance booking) as the area is very very popular.

What a great charming place, smack in the middle of everything and yet very quite. They even take care of your parking needs. Breakfast was amazing, all the workers were super helpful. Definitely 5 star.
