Very friendly, nice place to rest, close to culinary spots

I stayed for 2 nights on October 24-26 and booked 2 rooms 107 & 109. For the facilities, it might be worth the price, only 1 thing that I think is really lacking and needs attention is the water can't be used for anything because it's yellow and smelly, so for 2 nights my family and I were forced to take a bath at a relative's place nearby... I hope that will be a concern for the hotel management if it won't be long before the hotel customers leave. Thank you.

A great place for those of you who like city tours because all locations are within reach of this hotel, Old Market, Benteng Reborn Stadium, Cisadane, city square, station, public transportation, places of worship, and culinary tours.

Second time staycation here, choose a room with a balcony terrace, very comfortable.

yellow and smelly water. when I stayed there was karaoke outside / next to the hotel which was loud enough to be heard inside the room. wifi in room 111 did not reach inside. for the price the facilities are quite reasonable.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, clean. The staff and service are also very good. But I want to give a little input, it would be better if there was a towel bar in the bathroom, and I feel the bathroom floor is very slippery, so for families who bring children, be careful. For the rest, it's very good, if you need a hair dryer, you can ask the staff directly. It's such a nice hotel and worth the price. Will come here again if you want to travel to Paslam.

The TV can't be turned on at all, from check in to check out, I've tried turning it on with the tutorial listed in the room, but the TV still won't turn on. Need hot water, only provided with a dispenser in the hotel hallway, no electric thermos in the room. The bed doesn't have a bed cover, just a regular blanket

we stayed here on Monday, March 31, 2025, the room was quite clean and comfortable but unfortunately our room had a power outage for quite a long time in the middle of the night, and it turned out that only our room had a power outage, maybe the electricity was problematic and the handling was very slow. very detrimental especially since our children were sleeping soundly. our purpose of staying was only for transit so that the children could rest, very disappointed. there was no compensation whatsoever in the middle of the night we had to move the children to move rooms ourselves

The room is very clean and SMELLY. The security is very friendly, the receptionist is very friendly. Access to everywhere is close, and also close to the culinary of the old market of Tangerang. The service is also very top. Feedback: The shower is not strong enough. There are only 3 TV channels. The rest is very good! If I go to the old market again, I will definitely stay here again
