Great location on Koombana Beach, walking distance to shops, cafes. Indoor pool was lovely. Bar and restaurant looked nice but we did not visit as so many restaurants in town. Rooms good size but tired and could do with a revamp. Kitchenette good to have. Room service was very average - did not change towels one day (on request, reception was quick to replace), no T-towel for dishes (again supplied on request). Staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall good stay but housekeeping could be improved.

Chat was fantastic on reception and the room was perfect for my one night stay.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. After several days on the road, the guest laundry facilities came in very handy.

Loved our stay, staff were excellent and helpful, Saturday night in the restaurant with 12 members of my family, staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had an excellent night and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the cleanliness...very clean, and the location was perfect. Stayed 3 nights and came away feeling relaxed after our break. Will definitely stay again should the need arise.

We love staying at the Koombana bay hotel when in Bunbury. Rooms are comfortable and hotel is in a great location.

Arrived to find my bedding request wasn’t actioned and was told they could not accommodate. Air conditioning doesn’t work , TV had no volume . Staffed listened - but didn’t offer appropriate solutions.
