Good location and dining option around but a bit under expectation with AC compare with other Hyatt Hotel

no coffee maker in room, shower drain clogged, front desk having hard time understand English. Breakfast restraunt is over-crouded and understaffed as hotel sells lots of buffet tickets to non-hotel guests. I was shocked this is a hyatt property open just couple months.

地點優越, 連接大型商場, 海濱公園, 周邊配套齊備。酒店整體舒適高尚，員工很友善，絕對值得再度入住。

房間乾淨整潔，員工也很有禮貌，42樓的景色一覽無遺，樓下商場購物方便，吃喝也方便

位置近地鐵站，直通商埸。給了我角路房間，房寧靜，闊落。工作人員態度優秀。食肆價錢合理。

酒店樓層高，視野廣闊，抵讚！酒店與one mall緊接，很方便。 房間冷氣不夠，廁板有漬，床單亦有污漬，待改善。 31樓接待處辦理入住時日間員工欠笑容，查詢時態度較冷淡。反之夜班員工很好，經過時亦會主動打招呼問安。 早餐在30樓，食物種類多，員工亦有禮貌。

雲上酒店，景觀一流，今次upgrade大房更舒服。

好地方，舒服。雖然山景房，都望到海，見到HK沙頭角，漂亮。早餐很多選擇。

很好的體驗，太棒了

整體都很好，只是游泳池並不屬於酒店直接管理，所以要使用游泳池時，要自備泳帽不然沒法游泳，現場購買也是可以50RMB。

價錢與服務相應，早餐選擇多，味道很好。慶祝生日預先電郵告知酒店客服，送了挺大的生日蛋糕。附近商場很多餐飲選擇，走5分鐘便到海傍公園，可以散步令人心曠神怡。
