Reception staff was warm, friendly and personable. made us feel right as home from the beginning. Good location, clean, quiet, easy access to room. overall stay was very nice.

Okay, charge a $33 amenity fee that we didn’t have time to use, flat uncomfortable pillows, nice location, easy walk to Times Square

Had an amazing time at this property. The staff, especially Leornado, were amazing.

Small disappointing lobby area. Unimpressive. Everything is very compact. Felt like a sardine!

This hotel Was in a great location for walking to many things. Only problem was The sliding door to the toilet was a struggle but the door to the entire bathroom did not slide at all! Also very poor lighting.

This was our second time here and it was great. We got to the hotel a couple of hrs before check in, and they were able to give us a room right away. Location is very convenient close to subway and grand central.

This was a fine spot for a few nights but probably wouldn’t rebook. A great location and generally comfortable but the bathroom didn’t smell clean.

I love how this room was more spacious than another hotel I recently stayed in, in December here in NYC. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. There was a subway station nearby so didn’t have to walk too far!

I had a lovely stay at this Hyatt Location, very beautiful and quiet hotel. It was located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation and plenty of sight seeing locations. The staff was also very friendly, we will definitely book another stay here.
