The hotel's location is very convenient, and the food and room cleanliness are excellent. I was also very pleased with the friendliness of the housekeepers. They were very kind, in contrast to the less than friendly service from the staff when I checked in. Perhaps the receptionists should learn how to greet guests from the housekeepers 😊

Lokasi hotel sangat dekat, makanan dan kebersihan kamar juga sangat baik. Saya juga sangat senang dengan keramahan para housekeeper, mereka sangat baik berbanding terbalik dengan pelayanan petugas saat saya mau check in yang kurang ramah. Mungkin para petugas di resepsionis harus belajar cara menyambut tamu kepada para housekeeper 😊

Masyaallah... everything went smoothly.. Although at the time of check-in there was no booking name registered and it made me panic. However, after reconfirming with CS Traveloka and being given the code, and waiting for about 30 minutes, I was finally able to check in.

Masyaallah... semua berjalan lancar. Walaupun sempat pada waktu check in tidak ada nama bookingan yang terdaftar dan sempat membuat panik. Namun setelah dikonfirmasi kembali ke CS app dan diberikan code-nya, dan menunggu sekitar hampir 30 menit, akhirnya bisa check in juga.

This is my third time staying at the hotel. Lovely hotel to stay near Masjidil Haram. Cozy and friendly. Two thumbs up for Makkah Hotel. Thank you
