Messages sent through Expedia were not clear. Line communication was inexistent.

The atmosphere was great, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating of a few extra questions I had, and the location was beautiful. Just helped make an already great trip even better. Plus the beds were the most comfortable I’ve had in a hostel so far!

For the price I can't really complain, great location and clean bed, roof over my head for the night.

They take on volunteer staff that are all trained to make checking in experience smooth. After that my staff members were very friendly, always they to help and happy to have a chat. The location is good. 10 minutes walk form a good shopping and food street, the train station offers service to the Inari gates and can easily connect you to the tube network making getting to and from Kyoto station easy on arrival and departure days, as well as getting to other places in the city. Beds are a bit on the hard side but I’ve had much worse.

簡潔明瞭に分かり易くシステム化されているので、とても便利でした。ただ、チェックイン時間に制約あるのはもう少し何か工夫して頂けるとよいのではとも。 実はこの界隈、六波羅蜜寺があったりハッピー六原があったり、昔からあの方面のお茶屋さんのある宮川町でもあったりなどして、メチャクチャディープな京都の原点みたいなところなのですが、どうも情報少なそうなのは残念。

とくになし、かきたくない

簡素化されていましたが、リピーターの多い宿の様です。立地も良く、京の置き屋風情が良かった。

出張で急遽利用。 ベットが広く、快適に寝ることができた。 ラウンジにはコンセントもしっかり完備しており、PCでの作業も問題なく出来ました。

スタッフさんは非常に親切でしたが、ドミトリールームがちょっと寒かったので改善して頂きたいです。

受付が素敵な方でした。また来たいと思います

駅近とは言えませんが、安くて快適でした。

京都らしい花街にあるゲストハウス。木屋町や祇園で呑んだあとでも歩いて戻れる立地。清潔感あるし過ごしやすいところでした。

2階までWi-Fiの電波が届かない。非常に厄介り

スタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくださいました。 また利用したいです。
