The basement had a horrible musty smell Where breakfast was served! Railings were loose on the staircase! Entrance to property should be cleaned and surrounded property! Hotel rooms were clean! Lacked a top sheet on beds! Need better quality towels!

Very close to Plitvize Lake S2 entrance. Rooms are minimalistic as expected from Park. The Staff was very nice. Breakfast was 10 Euro per person and was good. Fresh made up Eggs plus meat and cheese.

The staff was so kind and welcoming and the location was incredible! Not only were we next to a great restaurant and close to a market, but we could walk into Entrance 2 at Plitvice rather than worry about parking there. The breakfast was delicious and more than we could have hoped for - my kid LOVED the freshly cooked eggs so much! Would 100% recommend staying here!

Very convenient location, spacious room, and a friendly host. But that’s about it. The rest is just bare bones - a bed and a shower. Minimal appliances, broken door and window locks, clogged sink, questionable cleanliness. Just a notch above a camping cabin. Okay for a nigh or two.

It is about a 20 min walk from the bus station on well maintained trails as well as about a 20 minute walk to the National Park and a 10 minute walk to the local grocery store. Nice outside area and a good pizza restaurant close by.

We loved our cozy, clean and quiet room. Parking our rental car was free. Breakfast was excellent at 8 euros per person - perfect for allowing us to get a good and early start to our day to see Plivice National Parks. Breathtaking! The hotel is a short convenient drive to Gate 1 in the park. There are several great restaurants nearby and super markets, etc. Highly recommend this exceptional family run business.

I could walk to entrance 2 on a path from Mukinje to the national park. Unless you have a car, it is impossible to go to Bosnia except by taxi(no bus service unless you go to Zagreb or Zadar first). Excellent and helpful staff.

Great little comfortable place a short hike from Entrance 2. These folks are so friendly and truly go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Excellent stay, will recommend to everyone.

Very nice walk though the woods to entrance two of the park. Room was a little small however, but we only really needed it to sleep. Most restaurants close at 7, but the pizza place next door is open later and the pizza is pretty good.

Easy self-check in. Staff was really nice and helpful. Place is clean and convenient - something like a 2 km walk through the forest to get to the National park. There is a really nice local backyard restaurant called House Katja close to the hotel - which was a lovely recommendation of the hotel staff. It didn’t effect our stay much, but the beds weren’t that comfy - and were really squeaky.

I'm not quite sure how to review this hotel, as we didn't actually get to stay here. When we arrived the reception was empty, but we called a phone number left on the desk. 5 minutes later someone arrived to greet us, but only to tell us that hotels.com was overbooking the hotel (regularly). We were exhausted and hungry and very disappointed to get this news since we spent a lot of time deciding where to stay. The host was incredibly friendly and willing to find us another place to stay. If they knew they were overbooked, I am not sure why this was not taken care of in advance of our arrival, and why we were not contacted. Our reservation was made well in advance and paid in full, so I am really unsure how they were prioritizing who got rooms. The first guesthouse we were sent to was not comparable to Natura -- much older with a bathroom in the common area, not en suite. Luckily, he happily found another guesthouse next door, which was incredibly welcoming to us. Again, if this had been done in advance, there would have been much less frustration over the situation -- not something we wanted to deal with after a long trip to arrive.
