I knew that I'd be sharing the bathroom, so I was prepared for that. But what I didn't know was that my room didn't have any window at all! I found it quite depressing not having a window. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked here at all & I wouldn't mind paying a bit more to have a window. In addition, using an app to unlock the room that's so hard to open was insane. The door opener above the door made it difficult to push the door open -- requiring both hands to push it open. It can also be a scary thought to get locked out of your room if you forgot your phone in the room in the middle of the night when you stepped out to use the bathroom. This place isn't staffed, cannot accommodate early check-in nor store your luggage. The place is in a convenient location to the metro, bus stops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. If you're okay with windowless room, it's actually a nice play to stay. It's clean and well maintained. But it's not for me.

This is a capsule hotel that requires an app to get into your room. You MUST be travelling with a cellphone that can run the app. Without the app, you cannot get into the front door or into your room. The website DOES NOT WARN YOU. The facility is small and compact, like a hostel but without any common areas. It's clean and it's in about as quiet a place as you will find in downtown Stockholm. The bathrooms are tiny and oddly-shaped but sufficient; the beds are small but comfortable. Do not expect the Ritz but do expect to get a good night's sleep.

Owners were very accommodating to our needs

Property was convenient to dining options and train station. Room (#6) was accessible only via a narrow spiral staircase. We were not aware of this ahead of time. Fortunately, we were physically able to climb the staircase without major issues. Someone else may not have been able to do so.

The manager was very responsive via email or text. We stayed in a unit with a bathroom, which was a plus (the other units had communal bathroom), but we had 2 very scratchy towels and hand towels. No washcloths or bath mat. It was very clean and the shower was great, but I dreaded using those thin scratchy towels! In addition, the toilet did not flush completely-you had to hold it down for a while a couple of times. There is no insulation against noise-you can hear everyone outside your room-and there are no windows or air circulation. This was a bargain price to stay in Stockholm, so not having windows or a larger room was not a problem-but the towels and noise could use improvement.

It was excellent all around in consideration of the price.

I had terribly experience with this small “hotel “, not friendly check in processing given me very hard time ，I been locked outside of the door for 2 hours , I have to download the APP for check in but it shouldn’t be that hard if someone can tell me that check in procedure one day earlier , another thing is that the steps are so narrow , it is so hard to ask a more than 70 years old man to move all the luggage’s to the room of upstair. In the room, overhead light is not working, AC power outlet is not working……, all of those experiences really make me so disappointed☹️☹️☹️！

No staff and no window in the room (as advertised), but the self serve coffee machine and trgularly replenished candy bowl were nice touches. The location was very convenient to the metro and local bars and restaurants.

It will be too complicated for me if I don’t know the new technology or all the app

Very clean and a great location, but it should be clearer in the description that the room was windowless.

The room was clean, the beds where nice and everything worked fine. The location is perfect. Close to the city, but in a local neighbourhood. It's next to restaurants, a shopping galleria and the metrostation Fridhemsplan. It's only two metro stops to the main Stockholm train station and Arlanda Express, the train to the Airport. We used busline 4 and 1, both available 24/7. One took us to to Stureplan, the other to Sodermalm, very convenient.

This hotel has small rooms just for sleep. They have a bed and a bathroom. The room was very nice and clean i slept well for all my vacation very recommended

Trevligt litet modernt rum. Bor gärna här igen.

Tycker inte det är bra att man själv får kontakta boende för incheckningen. Hade föredragit att det hade gått ut instruktioner automatiskt på mail till gästerna

Room and toilet were super clean, great host!

Bra läge, nära city. För att baraövernatta.

Rent och fint. Enkelt boende och rummet hade inget fönster men det gick fint att bo där en natt.

Bra läge på Kungsholmen men störande trafik o ljud utifrån då rummet vätte mot Fridhemsgatan. Dålig ventilation, men bra liten mobil luftkonditionering. Fungerade som enkelt övernattnings rum, obs öronproppar !
