Great food and breakfast

Spa was amazing but overpriced breakfast was amazing and majority of the waiters and waitress were very good. Blow average room service and very tough communication with front desk. The worst part was the people organizing the excursions. It was way overpriced and if you wanted to move things around, it wasn’t as easy.

en mi opinion en general todo estuvo muy bien, la comida, la atencion de la gente, el joven de expedia mauricio muy bien, pendiente siempre, lo unico que no me gusto a mi particularmente es que el precio que pagamos por el hotel es alto y sin problema pero al menos por ese precio en otros hoteles me dan buen licor, no soy borracho pero me gusta tomar un buen whisky cuando menos un etiqueta roja y no habia con ustedes y cuando se gastaba una botella que habia no tenian otra para ofrecer, del resto no tengo queja todo excelente.

Overall it is a nice resort. We spent an additional $600 to upgrade the food and wine on just 2 nights of dinning for 4 adults, personally if they cut that in half they will sell more. They kept running out of beer and ice on the beach bar. We go to Cancun to hang on the beach, we had to move to the crowded pool just to get cold drinks. Every staff member are nice and willing to help. Edgar Murcia is a wonderful person, look him up for an added touch of VIP.

HAD A GREAT TIME.

Beautiful property. Travelled with family and paid for star class. 6 people in total. Kids loved the lazy river and stayed busy the entire stay. Entertainment was great, spa was amazing and the tours were easy to book on site. Food was delicious and fast (no waiting in line with star class) easy to use app to book reservations/check daily activities. Check in was a breeze and room service was a hit for the kids 24/7.

The atmosphere was amazing, Food wasn’t so great. Best was Steakhouse

Nos gustó mucho el servicio del personal en general pero en especial de nuestros mayordomos Enrique Covarrubias y Juan fue un gusto coincidir con ellos ya que siempre estuvieron atentos y con la mejor disposición de ayudarnos en cualquier momento. Muchas gracias por todo!!

The property was well keep and the Butler Service was excellent.

Property has a rooms with moisture smell , That was holding back. Also the customer service was not there far.

I really liked the shows you presented during night time. Regarding the service around de food, I have two disappointments and one of them was, when one morning, my daughter, who needs special care and I, went to the the buffet to eat breakfast. I asked to one of the waitresses for two cups of tonic water, but 45 minutes passed in between and we didn’t get the water. I needed to request to another waitress two more cups of tonic water because we almost finished our breakfasts and my daughter couldn’t wait more time to drink something. Definitely, I felt so upset with that kind of service! 😩 So, the second waitress brought the two cups of tonic water in a razonable time and at the end, we got four cups of tonic water in our table. I just want to suggest you to training your waitress to assist the guess’s request in a reasonable and considerable time. Regarding the second disappointment, it was in the hamburger’s restaurant. I ordered two hamburgers, one for my daughter and one for me. The time to get the hamburgers was 50 minutes. As a favor, I requested to proceed first my daughter’s hamburger because she wasn’t feeling well and I needed to bring her to our room. Even though my daughter’s condition, they didn’t want to make any exception with the waiting time. After that, I asked to talk to a manager and when he saw my daughter, he prepared the hamburgers in a short time and I felt he offered the support, the kindness and empathy my daughter deserved.

The food sucks. Tried to make reservations the day upon arrival and everything was booked.

Overall was a great stay, love there is lazy River and water activities inside the resort for kids to go whenever. The only thing I think hotel can improve on is dinner reservations, there is a disconnect with the service desk and the restaurants, somehow they can never find our name on the reservation list. Our family did enjoy the stay there overall.
