Best all inclusive in Cancun hands down. Food top tier drinks top tier and rooms are amazing. No hacklers on the beach.

The grounds were impecable and the staff was exceptional. Both the food options and quality were high quality. All in all, one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in.

Best resort I’ve ever been to in my life

The hotel was excellent and the only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because of an issue with the TV. The local stations are all in spanish which I would assume. However, the TV's are old so you have no options to remotely connect to netflix or any.other options. Both the butlers we had were great and tried to fix it with no luck. The restaurants require reservations so the first night since we didnt have reservations we did room service. The food was ok, but would not and did not order again. The Italian restaurant was amazing and if you can sit outside the view is unbeatable! We also tried the Asian and Japanese restaurants ans they both were good as well. The cabanas at the beach are first come first serve, but we always found one available when we wanted it. I recommend the resort. We did the upgraded option, so i am not sure what comes with different levels.

I booked this resort for my honeymoon and I couldn't be happier. I booked a 5 day stay, and at EVERY moment, the personable staff truly made everything perfect for us. I couldn't have asked for a better trip. We love Atelier and will be back!

High end, high buck resort but worth EVERY penny. It was the best week ever where we all felt pampered. Some of these all inclusive resorts aren’t able to do everything well including the food. Not this place- the food is QUALITY and INCREDIBLE! The only negative comment I have is the beach and pool areas. The same ignorant antics by guests goes on- saving all the seats and lounge chairs. It was difficult to find seating on the beach and by the pool. Often the chairs were empty, but had a towel and t-shirt or book on them so essentially “saved”. I managed to grab a beach chair one morning to watch the sunrise and a woman came out and “saved” eight lounge chairs next to me. Later that day when I went back to the beach to swim, I couldn’t find an open lounge but her “saved” chairs were there and they were still empty!! There is a notice that states “your personal belongings will be removed in one hour” but I NEVER saw this happen. Sad, how something so juvenile affects your ability to enjoy the beach and pool, but some people…nonetheless, I would go back in a heartbeat. No worries tho. I’ll “never” save a seat. I like everyone to have an opportunity to enjoy. Perhaps Atelier should actually enforce this rule and maybe have someone assist with seating? Just a thought! So, you didn’t want to submit my review? I just returned from an absolutely incredible stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and I’m already dreaming of going back! This resort is a slice of heaven on earth, and every single moment was pure perfection. The staff was phenomenal—friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. Incredible resort all around. My only gripe is how the resort is setup. Long walks everywhere and the buildings aren’t connected on every level making getting around difficult

We had the most amazing time! All the food was outstanding, as were the beach and pool. A true, luxurious getaway with plenty of activities to keep you busy (or not). Will definitely be back!

Staff was amazing and attentive. Food was great. Layout of resort beautiful. Quiet pool, roof top pool and main pool were are great for different vibes.
