Rustic but I like rust...

Durante nuestra visita a San Cristóbal de las Casas, nos hospedamos en Plaza Magnolias Suites y la verdad fue una excelente elección. Un lugar cómodo, limpio y con una ubicación muy conveniente para explorar la ciudad. Nuestro único detalle fue la disponibilidad de agua caliente, que no siempre estaba al 100%, y el hecho de que no ofrecen desayuno, algo que se extraña porque en las inmediaciones no hay tantas opciones buenas para comer en la mañana. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial: atención amable, habitaciones agradables y un ambiente tranquilo para descansar después de un día de recorrer las calles y mercados de San Cristóbal. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveríamos.

Limpio, muy céntrico pero Un poco ruidoso, tuvimos inconvenientes para la limpieza de la habitación, solo se realizó 1 vez en 4 noches que estuvimos hospedados

Good experience. Nice rooms and beds. Great location. Walking distance to most everything. The rooms themselves can be a little noisy meaning your easily hear the other occupant tv and movements but yes overall would stay here again.

Bed sheets were dirty at time to arrived, also missing towels and paper bathroom tissue , service desk very un polite, when you bring their attention about something wrong, they fight instead fix the problem.

Check in was smooth and easy. Upon getting to my room, I noticed the bed and floors were dirty. I was quickly accommodated and moved without any issues. The next room also had stained sheets but we chose to ignore it. Staff was very friendly. Location is great and very walkable. Overall good experience.

The location is good but the service of customers not to good

Este hotel, está muy céntrico. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor. La plaza está a unos 5min caminando. El mercado Santo Domingo, está a unos 8min caminando. Yo me sentí muy segura durante mi estancia. Solo que no hay aire acondicionado en los cuartos, y se siente muy sofocado el cuarto. Y también el agua caliente del baño dura mucho rato en salir. Y no hay elevador, solo escaleras. Se necesita unas mejores almohadas. Tampoco hay restaurante en este hotel. Pero tal vez para muchos creo que no sería problema puesto que alrededor hay muchos restaurantes con muy rica comida. Creo que si no fuera por el aire acondicionado que no hay en los cuartos y las escaleras, si nos volveríamos a quedar en este hotel.

I got in really early they were very accommodating getting me a room as soon as possible. The staff is amazing. And the next day they watched my stuff so I could walk around and enjoy. I would recommend it to everyone such a great experience so beautiful too the building is amazing
