Excellent hotel for the price - our flight got in early and they were gracious enough to let us check in a few hours early which was nice after a long 24 hours of travel

Location good

Absolute chaos when we arrived off our cruise. Foyer full of luggage and cross guests. Receptionist overwhelmed and understaffed, initially wouldn't allow us to leave our bag's except at own risk in passage. When we came back made to wait until after check-in time for the key. Room decor poor, had kettle and a few teabags no biscuits. No house keeping or only every 3 days. No where near to eat.

We reserved a one bedroom apartment with balcony. We were not given that room initially but got it sorted. It was a lovely, comfortable and well appointed "room." A great place to come back to and relax with space to spread out, do some work, and let the other person sleep undisturbed.

Enjoyed our stay, staff we helpful. Location was good, close to all we needed

Not much furniture in room

We liked being in the city and the desk agent kindly inquired and was able to give us an early checkin. We had a few problems with the property: There is not adequate seating in the lobby where we had to wait to check in, standing up. Then, the room was so dusty that someone had written words on a steel girder that for some reason, was in the room. Finally, the shower was highly unsafe because the large drain cap was not adhered to the floor and posed a falling hazard. My travel partner has MS and could not safely shower there after I discovered this.

Clean, tidy and close to everything.

We came late for check in and the reception is not 24 hrs, it wouldve been fine if the process of getting in is easy however, it took them a while to get us in leaving us cold outside the building. Also, some staff were not friendly and courteous.

Ramada Suites is very central in Auckland CBD. Only a few minutes walk to Sky City and the Downtown area. Our studio room was a bit cosy but for 1 night was great for the two of us.

Very good location

Excellent accommodation. My suite had everything I needed and more. Well equipped kitchenette, hot plate, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine & dryer. Centrally located and handy for everything.

Helpful staff. Convenient for Skytower.

Our room was comfortable and had a great view of the lake. The staff even prepared a little gift and a card for our 20th anniversary. Everybody was very helpful and friendly all the time. The restaurant food was delicious and breakfast was very good as well. Just keep in mind that kiwis don’t make their bacon crispy. Haha. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was very disappointing. The firealarm went off twice in two days. The first time it did, the power went off as well for several hours and we could not get back to our rooms. The second time it went off at 4am. I had just flown in on that first day after a 16 hours flight and was really hoping to rest. Location is great as it is close to many things downtown and by the harbor

The hotel is in a very good central location close to eating places shopping and attractions. The rooms are clean quiet and comfortable with the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities an added bonus.

Really appreciated the washing/drying facilities, and a very convenient location.

Staff at reception very helpful in answering questions. Waiting at reception can take some time because of only one staff member. Room had a laundry which was an excellent perk.

People booking the hotel should know that this is an apartment style hotel. The main reception isn’t staffed after 9 or 10p and then again not until 8a or 9a. Housekeeping is only briefly in the building every day. Still liked the hotel - convenient location to downtown activities. Area around it is fairly new, with not many actual businesses. Kitchenette and washer/dryer in unit a huge plus. Our dishwasher was broken during our stay and the fridge froze most things.
