Best place I’ve ever stayed for the price!

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Helsinki and we were blown away by the luck we had with Noli. The location was superb, the apartment was spacious and clean, the staff were very responsive and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. I travelled with my daughter and we had plenty of room with much to spare. We highly recommend Noli!

This is the best place

It was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go in Helsinki. We loved the studio apartment with the kitchen. It was a great experience!

The apartment is clean and comfortable and with a 20 Minute walk to town center, it is very convenient! I would gladly come back!

Super place that had all you needed and well located

Great concept with nice apartment and great shared spaces. Self-check-in a bit strange but we found the host very responsive through WhatsApp and in-person the few times that we needed help.

Had ordered breakfast and no breakfast when we came at 07.30.

A nice hotel. It was modern. There was no normal reception there, so when we checked in there where no one to ask if we had question. We only got 1 keycard by the «self In check» and that’s a problem because you needed keycard to come in to the hotel and to the sauna so me and my man had to stay together all the time. I couldn’t go out while he was using the sauna. Maybe there could have been a solution to the problem but we didn’t see anyone who could help us, unfortunately. BUT the hotel had a nice location- close to everything, and the Tram number 4 stop right outside on the backside of the hotel. And they didn’t clean our room?..And we where there for 4 days. I was lucky that I saw a cleaning-woman so I could ask for new towels on the 3. day…I don’t know what kind of hotel this was, but this was my experience :)

Noli is a great serviced apartment complex with additional amenities such as a TV lounge, gym and communal kitchen. The studios are comfortable with washing machine and decent kitchen materials. The only thing that lets the property down is you only get one pillow, which is not supportive and the bed isn’t great. If they invested in these, this would be an absolutely perfect place to stay for both long and short term. Loved the TV lounge and meeting some of the residents who lived there. Perfect location, excellent WiFi and a nice view from the 6th floor. The roof terrace on the 7th gives a great view over the city. Would stay here again!

We confused the concept thinkingthatit was a tradicional hotel. The establishment is fine. It has everything you need a pleasant stay. However, I think very bad that thete isnt one at the hotel who can help in case of any doubts. The most unfortunate thing was that I didn't find a facial lotion that I had just bought after the first day they "cleaned" the room.

Great property for family stay. Close by to the market area with plenty options to eat and shop.

Best choice especially for parents with kids. It has 2 tram station in 2-5 mins walk. 2 grocery bottleshops with 2-5 mins walk. Lots of decent eatery nearby. You can’t fault the property. Worth spending the money.

Great location and amenities

Great locaton! Well appointed room. Digital check-in worked well enough however bagage storage was supposed to be available at 8am. Staff didn't arrive until 8:30am and the digital access code wasn't valid until 3pm. With no access to the lobby and at -4C this needs a rethink.
