This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service, room service was delicious! I did google other hotels and whilst Hilton didn’t rank the top it should!

Staff were fine and location is great. If you want somewhere to sleep in a good spot it’ll suit you but you could get far better for the price. We had 2 incidents of power tripping during the night which resulted in the litigate light above the door of our room going on …and of course waking us up with a fright, didn’t concern anyone at all when we reported it. We also had a drip from the roof during heavy rain but we were moved promptly.

Cracking 3 night stay , very comfortable room ,location spot on , right in the heart of the action . Staff very friendly and helpful,restaurant/bar closed for refurb but not a problem considering it was located close to all the restaurants and bars in Alicante.

Reception staff were all exceptionally helpful, especially Nuria, who gave us some great recommendations for our stay in Alicante.

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

Our room was nice and the bed comfortable, as well as the bathroom, but it was very small.

Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly.

Stunning hotel, bottle water and lovely coffee in room. Room was a little small but we chose the standard room as only staying for 3 night. The hotel is great for access to everything in Alicante. Port is across the road, restaurants line the promenade, cocktail bars close by. Walking distance to old town and the beach. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved how close we were to the beach! We stayed during the San Juan Festival in June 2023. Although there were parties every street corner, the staff gave us recommendations on when to rest to avoid some of the noise. The rooms were very clean and large for European Standards. I loved the complimentary bottles of water. Overall we felt extremely safe and felt like it upheld the Hilton standard to a higher level than most US Hiltons. When we come back to Alicante in the future, I ONLY want to stay here!
