The villa has 4 beds, 3 bathrooms. One with power shower, which was great. It has a large lounge and kitchen and plenty of room to move around, inside and out. Big clean pool. Large and nice. Downsides. My personal view. No real TV. Sky box, but no card. Punta Prima is a quiet resort and not much to do after dark! The villa is at the top of a reasonably step hill, which goes to the resort centre (one street). Anyone with walking difficulties would struggle. There is a big traffic calmer directly outside, making it noisy at times
