Yes, I'm really sorry for this inconvenience because of the confusion in internal distribution, the room was transferred from the guest last month, so it was our fault. Because you actively change to a different room type than the one you booked, this room we do not serve for daily guests but for monthly guests. But we have changed to another set, but your uncivilized attitude when using such a service, we also would like to refuse to serve you on the next vacation. Thank you.

The room is super large, super nice with a kitchen, a fridge, a washing machine - I have a 2-year-old baby, so I really like it when there is a place to warm food + make milk for the baby, spacious and comfortable for the baby to run. The location is near Lotte supermarket, it takes a few minutes to walk to, if you want to buy anything, you can.

The apartment is clean, fully equipped with kitchen, pots, dishes, and refrigerator. The staff is friendly and kind. Will continue to support if I have the opportunity to return to Da Nang. (The apartment also rents super cool cars that are much cheaper than outside)

The staff is cute and enthusiastic, clean, beautiful riverfront view but close to the big road so it's a bit noisy, there is no elevator, so walking to the 4th floor is a bit tired

The room is clean and beautiful, like a family apartment, the outside room has a balcony, the view is nicer, but because it is close to the road, it may not be suitable for people who prefer quiet. I prefer the back room. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for those who like clean, self-wash like themselves.General is a pretty good accommodation option.

Room exactly like the picture, full facilities sir. My room is quite spacious, cool, including a stove, a big fridge, the family can always stay. There is no mini bar in the room, so everyone should buy and go to their room to use. The staff here is very friendly and approachable ^^ There are close to Asia CV and Lotte so it is quite ok for those who need to play, eat and shop.
