We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. They spoiled us. The place is very clean and in a great location.

I was unable to travel to the hotel due to severe storms, flooding, and a red alert, which isn Spain is equivalent to a state of emergency in the USA.Hotel refused to refund the charge. Expedia tried to assist but unable to help. Avoid this hotel. Refused refund with a local emergency making travel unsafe

Outstanding location within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. The hotel was immaculate in all aspects. Self parking is about a 10 minute walk and €24/day. Fantastic place. Breakfast was great too.

Great room with comfy bed and good bathroom. Good range of facilities. Nice terrace with chairs and loungers. Good to have fridge, kettle, toiletries supplied. Good variety of breakfast. Very helpful, smiley staff. Perfect!

My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience. The fantastic location made it very easy to get around with several landmarks just meters away and others within a 10-15 mins walk away. A very comfortable bed and excellent facilities were greatly appreciated after a long day of exploring around. Many thanks especially to Sophie and Tonis for being so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again the next time I visit Valencia and I will be sure to recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

They had construction during my stay noice was unbearable and staff did nothing instead they pretty much said, are you still sleeping at 11 AM ? I said this is a hotel and people come here to rest not to be woken up by loud hammering and drilling. Very disrespectful from the hotel management.

Booked this hotel based upon reviews and I was overall pretty disappointed. Anyone can visit the rooftop area which pretty much ruined the experience.

The property was perfectly located, in the heart of the city, within walking distance from everything. The room was spotless, had everything we needed and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and very big. Loved that. Also the staff was lovely, it was great and would definitely come back.

The location is ideally located near shops and restaurants quiet but I was always able to get rest after returning from exploring the city. The staff always greeted me with a smile and were attentive to my needs. The breakfast spread had a tapas section with some cheeses, sliced meats and savory cocas as well as croissants and other pastries. After getting the food from the tapas section, you’ll be asked if you’d like some coffee and how’d you’d like your eggs and what you’d like with them from the available selection.

Phenomenal. No negatives, so so many positives. Its my second time returning to Cosmo - and it was even better than the last. Quality coffee pods, spotless rooms, incredibly kind, passionate and efficient staff. Instant whatsapp responses. Incredible. Particular kudos to Jessica, Laura & Minerva - who absolutely made my week.

Central location. Laura at the front desk took it upon herself to give us a very good overview of places to see and catered it to the time we were spending in Valencia. The room was ideal for us and quiet.

Arrived during the electric power cut across Spain and the receptionist was so helpful checking me in and taking me to my room in the dark. All staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Very comfortable, great breakfast and in a central location.
