Baño limpio, habitaciones muy buenas, cama súper cómoda, acceso muy digital, no apto para personas con poco conocimiento tecnológico.

Excelente para una estadía muy corta o descanso entre vuelos que fue nuestro caso.

Very practical for very short stays and close to the airport

No elevators, no tv or entertainment, ac didn’t work properly, the room was very hot during the daytime, narrow stairs to get up to the rooms…..

You can’t enter the property before your check in time, you can’t leave your luggage before your check in time. You can’t control your room temperature. The customer service is a chat. The building doesn’t have an elevator. This can’t be called a hotel it is more like a hostel.

Room is fine, the walls are thin but very clean. Bathroom is good. Not much in the surrounding area, about 6-8 mins walk to the metro station.

Self-check in took me 4 hours to do. My son took 9 hours with cases for check in never received. I heard rats scurrying at night.

If the technology worked perfectly, this would be a great place to stay. We had at least 4 inconveniences with the self-service technology, including staying outside of the property without being able to enter. Also, self-checkout failed, so I think it is a great idea and it can be a great place to stay, but they need to improve their technology and make sure it will not fail.

Me gusto el lugar y la accesibilidad, pensé que era más cerca al centro jajaja no al aeropuerto. Pero estuvo bien, es ideal para la noche previa al viaje de regreso. No me gusta mucho no sentir a alguien ahí siendo parte de la experiencia de tu llegada, pues también sentía como poca seguridad al no ver a nadie recibirte…. Y algunas personas que llegan, son muy ruidosas y sin importar la hora no respetan que en las demás habitaciones hay huéspedes.

The room was spacious and clean but it was freezing cold, the "heater" is old and small and you can feel some warm only if you stand right before it, the bathroom isn't heated at all and having a shower was a terrible experience because of it, I highly suggest to go in summer only. I woud also suggest to put a mirror in the room because I had to stand in the shared hall (colder than the room) to do some things. Appreciated that after a 5 minute walk you reach the subway and in 20 minutes you reach the airport.

Nice bed but could not shower later in the evening because there was not hot water. Room was cold and heater did not work only had a small space heater that didn’t really do much for two people. Only two towels for 2 nights. Good wifi and getting into the room was pretty easy and close to a metro station.

There's no elevator for the luggage and one is there to help you... The room was very nice and the location is good with a near metro station, restaurants and grocery stores

Room had hair from other people especially on the bed and sheets. The bathroom wasn't very clean it had also pubic hair on the floor and shower. It was noisy outside. They put me on the 2nd floor and I had to carry my luggage all the way upstairs because the lift wasn't working (very inconvenient). I was in the room from saturday and no one came in to clean the room until I left (3 days in total). They only positive thing is that is very close to the underground that takes you straight to the airport.
