The hotel was responsive. When you first walk in, the small lobby is nice. However, once you get to the room, you start to notice how incredibly tiny the room is. Can barely walk around the bed in the room, the living space is hardly a sitting area wirh a small table. The TV is so outdated its not even a smart TV. Thats not even the real issue. Bathroom door was broken, sink was clogged, paint on walls was cracked, bed was so uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on rocks. We couldnt wait to leave. This place is a 2 star hotel on its best day. Definitely not for a small family. Maybe young couple.

Great location, friendly staff

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable for the 3 of us. A plus was the orange juice in the morning and the wine in the evening. Super close to main attractions. It might not look as safe as it is but after a few mins we felt comfortable to walk around until midnight.

Perfect location with everything within walking distance. Spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the morning coffee and cookies.

Excellent location and very clean property. We really enjoyed our stay there. One recommendation is to have USB and C3 ports available for charging. It is an absolute necessity to have these ports available for charging electronics.

Air con doesn't work. Told to open balcony door, building work next door so constant noise. Room 1E above emergency exit which people use rather than proper exit, door only closes if slammed. Lift doors faulty right outside door to 1E more nise

Fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment/hotel in a wonderful location. The apartment had all the conveniences of home with a washer, cooktop and oven. It was clean, comfortable and with a little grocery shop felt just like home so we could cook a meal inside if we didnt want to go out. The staff is so nice and extremely helpful. Also nice to enjoy a muffin and coffee in the morning and a compimentary glass of wine in the evening - excellent stay.

The apartment was modern and clean. The bedroom was very nice. The kitchenette was a very nice amenity. The one big disappointment is that there are no paper products. I understand if you want to be green/ecological and not provide paper towels, but I would like some tissues for blowing my nose, or some napkins for wiping my mouth while having some snacks. Overall very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Room is fine. The photo of the room included a couch which we could have used. Some of the walls are a bit worse for wear
