This property needs a lot of updates, brown water from the tap , leaking toilet. Breakfast buffet was less than satisfactory, flies buzzing around the food! The rooms are comfortable.

Solid place to stay. Comfortable room. Nice bar. Garage for your car.

It was a good stay, no issues to report. Everything worked well, bathroom was great, had all amenities. Was of course too cold to use the pool since it's winter. Breakfast was ok, probably expected more from this type of level.

I always stay at Royal Villas when I am in the country for business. The rooms are great, the staff very kind and helpful anytime and the food at the restaurant is great!

Great and very spacious rooms in a quiet and tranquil environment my business partners and I we loved our stay overhere thé willingness of the staff to assist confirmed the hospitality of the swazi people we will return even though the food was not too great but we enjoyed the tranquility

An awesome place to stay. Will really give tumbs up. Enjoyed my stay in this harmonious place with beautiful gardens and very clean. Very friendly staff.

We didn’t get value for money and checked out a day earlier to move elsewhere. Should be downgraded to a three star.
