The locations excellent only 15 min walk from Eiffel Tower

Our room had a big window we could open and get fresh air, it was refreshing! the room had a small kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker along with dishes and silverware. We had breakfast on the rooftop with a great view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We would stay there again.

We had a great experience staying at Rayz! Location is very convenient to walk to most important parts of the city, restaurants, and shopping Rooftop was amazing, quiet, and a beautiful view of Eiffel Tower. This is a boutique hotel about a half mile from the Eiffel Tower. Wonderful view from rooftop terrace where we usually had our complimentary continental breakfast. Secure building and nice residential neighborhood.

We lived our stay the daily breakfast was so wonderful it was delivered to our room each morning WOW and the room was easy and comfortable the neighborhood was terrific and so central Great hotel

Great stay! Some noise from construction on the adjacent building that was overwhelming on our last day but they quickly changed our room for us where it was considerably better.

We thought the location was perfect and right beside a well known Kozy cafe. They had an adapter needed for my hair appliances. The front desk people were friendly. We would skip the breakfast option next time, there were just coffee pods, not a carafe of fresh brew, and the ham was cold meat. The bakery items were delicious.

I was scared b/c it’s a 3 star, but it’s perfect. Perfect location. Very nice staff. Cute view of Eiffel from Room. Even better rooftop view. Amazing location. Easy walk to Park du champs mars in front of Eiffel. Beautiful shopping around the corner. The pizza place next door is the best pizza in the WORLD. Omg. The Kozy restaurant keeps a constant line outside. And the La Terrasse on the corner was amazing as well. Cute room again, very helpful staff! Me & my daughter truly appreciated it!!!!

Everything was great just the last day the water in the shower came back up leaving us unable to shower that night.

Wonderful place to stay in Paris. Great staff, rooms are very nice and close to everything you want to see in Paris.

I expected to have a better experience at this hotel given it had some great reviews. Hotel staff was nice and location was great. I though it was very nice that they let me check in early because I arrived at noon. I really enjoyed the rooftop and it had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. So with all of that being said, the two complaints I have are first, the room I stayed in had a very strong fragrant smell that I could not stand and a slight stench of cigarretes. And second, the wifi did not work for an entire day of my stay which was a big deal to me given the fact that I needed to get some work done on my computer and was unable to do so. Other than that, I think the hotel is good and has a lot of potential.
