Hotel's location is very good (back of Lotte Department store), near Seomyeon Station & surrounded by restaurants, shops. However it's difficult for first time guest to find the hotel as it is in small alley and on back of a restaurant. It will be better if hotel have clear instructions how to get to the hotel from Seomyeon Station. The reception lady is very helpful and nice. Even she can't speak English but she will try as much as she can to communicate. The room quite small but fully equipped with heated floor, heated mattress. Everything was clean and quite new. Value for money.
